Letter from the Editor
Dear Reader,
Love never promised she would be an easy companion. We find she can be fickle, perhaps even mean. In a blink-of-the-eye turn, she can be the consummate, attentive friend, to the depths of being overwhelming, cloying. Take a breath. There’s a lesson in there. You, mindful (amidst all her whispering and cajoling truths in your ear)— whether you find in her abundance, as well as in her scarcity, you remain the constant. Your love of self pours effortlessly into loving those around you. The cup is always replenished.
The six word love stories in this issue let us see how love makes the panorama lush and inviting, how it is a life’s worth of beautiful moments. It allows us a peek into its most sublime incarnation.
Love finds us through so many astonishing iterations, if we pay attention. That is everything.
